Help finding wheels

Just needed some help finding some 6x7.25 16 wheels or adapters, stockton has some but there a little $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ for my taste.

But right now I'm down to making them, for that matter any good advice going that would be great. The only thing that worries me with that is getting them centered.
