Hemtt pressure protection valve

Hi Guys
Today when i started my truck I got a big leak from the pressure valve when I reached 70 PSI the leak stopped. Is this normal or do I need to replace the valve because I don't remember that i've got this leak before. Its Williams WM778. Is this a normal situation or is there something wrong with the whole air system or is this valve just broken.
