HMMWV Forum Privileges

Hello,
We just got a HMMWV and I wanted to make a post in the HMMWV forum but it says I have insufficient privileges. What do I have to do to be able to post in the HMMWV forum?

Are you trying to post in the hmmwv actual hmmwv forum further down the page or the hmmwv TM section up top?
