---fill reservoir
---start truck
---turn wheel lock to lock,
---check reservoir , add if needed
---turn lock to lock 4 or 5 times
--- check reservoir, add if needed
---shut truck off
---drink a beer

The power steering works now. only two things left on the M246 the PTO for the wrench is not turning the shaft. And the second thing is getting a light switch.
