HUMVEE Fuel Cut-Off Switch

I have a HUMVEE that has some sort of an electrical issue. When I go to start it, it cranks but won’t start. I unplug the 2 wires off the injection pump for the fuel shut off and unplug the main glow plug controller harness by the injection pump, plug them all back up and crank it, then it fires right up. If I go out the next day I have to repeat process. Anyone have any ideas what this could be?
