Identify tire chains

Burtonsville, MD.
A buddy of mine purchased these tire chains on eBay and offered to sell them to me does anyone know if these are ones that were manufactured for the military or knock offs? I was told some were Better than others hoping someone is familiar with these
since he purchased them in 2018 he was not able to open the auction listing for review
