Insulation retainer screw size/pitch?

Anyone know the insulation retainer bar screw size/pitch?

Looks like sheet metal thread pitch. I have not made it to the hardware store yet to attempt to match.

10-32 self tapping. Different lengths. Take one out of a windshield retainer if you need a sample.

My wood panel was held by the same type of screw the aluminum insulation retainer has, I found the exact screw at tractor supply, zinc coated as well, it uses a Phillips bit and the head is pretty flat
