Interior door panel material?

What are the panels on the inside of your doors made of? I saw some on eBay that were made of aluminum. Mine are made of some kind of fiberboard / hardboard. I am thinking about trying to get some aluminum panels.

Mine are green Haircell (textured) ABS plastic. They're flat so they can be made of just about anything I suppose.

Mine are aluminum, but my door handles are also mounted up-side-down. So I have a passenger on the driver and vice versa.

A1s are rubber coated aluminium, A0s are some sort of plastic.
