IronPlanet - SF97 Issue, No Year On Truck

I won a truck out of Sparta, Wisconsin on the 18th of November. When the money was wired and cleared into IronPlanet's account, I went through the Checkout process. I noticed that it did not give me the option to select SF97, Bill of Sale, or Florida title. So I called IronPlanet and asked them why I couldn't select the title option. The customer service representative looked up my item number and explained that the truck was listed without a year in the auction because the Inspector couldn't find one on the Data plate, and that it happens pretty often and not to be worried. He emailed me a form, "SF97 - Title Request Form" and told me to fill it out and fax it back in and that the title options would then appear in my account. I researched the truck's NSN (National Stock Number) and found that it was built on 18, April 1985. So I filled in all the details and faxed it back in, but haven't heard anything back for a few days and I don't see anything new in my account. Am I looking in the correct place? Does anyone have any input on this, or can share a related experience?

Same issue when I bought my 923 last spring, no build date or delivery date. Just fill out the form the way you want the title to read and they will do the rest.

I'll take a look for it and get it going. If we can't find a year on the data plate we have to sell it without one. For liability purposes the buyer has to tell us the yr or some cases Serial number so nobody can say we misrepresented an item. PM me and I will make sure someone reaches out to you we get a good number of these every week.
