Is this an 880 Brake pad?

I purchased 8 of these thinking they when to the CUCV but after dissembling the drum on the CUCV these pads are different.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Also, what civilian dodge would these go on?

Nope sorry that is not a shoe for a 880. If you can give us part numbers etc we might be able to help with an ID.
