I think I may have jumped the gun on my assessment--- some of the FC jeeps along with the cj3b, and I believe the cj5, etc. used the 11/16" thread tie rod ends-- the m38/a1 used the 3/4" thread........Not mb or gpw their tie rod end configuratioon is different--- but will work on the m38/a1 and I believe can be used on the cj2a and 3a as well........
