are all the mil king pins 3.5" or do they use a 2" also?

Both king pins are standard arround the world, the 2" is the standard one and the 3.5 " is heavy duty towing in the class over 100 tons. This King in in Europe does not exist. Here it is a 3" king pin. And as far as I know, in the states it is also 3 " and not 3.5 ".
