Are you using tapatalk? If so, you'll have to adjust the tapatalk app to upload directly to the forum and not their hosting system. You can post a link to pictures, but even tagging them with the IMG tag will result in nothing but a hyperlink. (The one exception is the classifieds section, that allows remotely hosted images since eventually they'll be pruned)
