I hit the horn and waved, got a response from the passenger...

Wondering who it was... is it a member...

Wasn't me, but I was towing MKCOEN's crippled M1009 CUCV very slowly up Sooner road from the GL lot at 1100 hrs last Tuesday March 31st.
