M1008 tires wearing - Replace king pin spring and bushings?

I have a 1984 M1008. My drivers side front tire is wearing more on the outside tread. I had the truck aligned less than 1000 miles ago. I am not getting any death wobble and the steering feels tight. I have replaced everything in the steering but the king pin parts. Do you guys think that I need to replace my king pin bushings, springs, and bearings or should I just have the truck aligned again?

I took the truck to an alignment shop. They said its time for a new steering gear box, that's what is causing it to pull to one side
