Looking at buying my first CUCV and need some opinions if its a good buy. it has a 4in lift on 33" with 43,xxx miles for 3,500

It has the typical rust issues. $3500 isn't a bad price.

Does it have a good title with it?

Tires look good and the floors inside look good based on the pictures you provided. The rockers are a pretty common rust area for these and not hard to fix. I think $3500 is a fair price assuming mechanically there are no issues.
