M101 Brake handles

I have found one handle so far, its a right one. Does anyone have deltailed pictures of how these are mounted?? I am still looking for a left one, but I need to see how they are mounted to the front, then how the pivot arm is attached to the handle. By the way, this is a 52 M101, so they are the flat blade style brake levers.

Any help would be appreciated.
