I read in the WIKI that the front & rear diffs take ( 90/75 ), is this a typo? The only similar gear oil I've found is ( 75/90 ).

75/90 works
Since you have an M1028, it has a clutch type front limited slip diff which requires an additive. Most parts stores will not carry it and even though the gear lube bottle says LSD compatible, I would not rely on it. You can buy the additive online but the easiest place would be to stop in to a Ford dealer. They have always seemed to carry it and not too expensive. Ford uses a lot of clutch type LSD's still.
