The set screw is on the top of the hinge rail, right in the middle.
I searched and looked and searched and looked......before bringing out the hammer.
I got it off.
Grandpa always said "if this hammer will not get it....get a bigger hammer"
Side note: He also said "make sure not to marry a woman with Big Hands"
