M35a2 Dragging brakes ?

I have a 1970 duece and a half , that the brakes drag after you let up on the brake pedal ,if you back up a foot the brakes will release . I can not nail down the problem does any one have any idea what could cause this ?

If your the same Quarterhorse that posted the same question on G503, you left out the part about mixing DOT 5 with DOT 3.... And mixing the two doesnt help anything at all. Do a search, this topic has be covered many times.
