M38A1 parts cross reference chart

I looked at our SS cross reference chart and I searched the web, g503.com and willysmjeeps.com and have not found a good crossover chart for civvy stuff like belts, hoses, brake stuff, bearings, seals, etc. for the M38A1/M170 Military jeeps.

Does such a chart exist somewhere and if so, can someone point me to it?

There all the same as a early civilian CJ-5 (1955 to 1971) the only thing you wont find is the 24VOLT stuff.
