M51 dump bed numbers meaning?

So my M51A2 started life as a IH M51 in about 1952-1953. Looking at the dump bed, and what's left of the metal tag it seems it was updated in 1985. What do the numbers on the back of the bed mean? Trying to uncover as much of its past as possible. Thanks.

109th in the march? What does that portion mean?

The front bumper says C-199 or C-I99 , what does that mean?

It's the same as the rear. 109.

The metal tag is for some kind of rustproofing that was applied in 1985. Looks like it gave up the ghost.

I'd say, I thought it was the bed manufacturer tag (Valvoline made beds?)

The rustproofing was made by valvoline.

They are up to tectyl 506 now
