M52 A2 official paperwork

Hi does anybody know where I can find official data on the towing capacity, the payload and braking performance of a Reo M39 more specificly the Reo M52 A2?
My friend has a 1965 M52 A2 and he needs the official data from Reo or the official military data, to be able to register his Reo in the Netherlands.
