M809 / NHC250 which TM?

Hello SS,
I have been going through the TM's looking for a part number on the NHC250 engine, but I'm lost. The part needed is the oil slinger behind the accessory drive pulley on the front of the engine.
TM9-2320-260-34-1 section 3-70 shows the part as (2) oil slinger
TM9-2320-260-34P1 figure 27 illustration is it part 17?
