Anyone every adjusted the Transmission modulator control cable to help shifting points. Iam trying to get it to down shift better.

Swap your modulator cable out for one from the company in Houma, LA. The military ones are horrible for their shift points. Most are neck breakers on the 2 to 1 shift on the m939 trucks. It's the same cable nearly for the 915a1
