M916A0E1 with an Allison 4700SP push button transmission.......TCM

I have a M916A0E1 WTEC 5. It has a push button 7 speed Allison 4700SP transmission. It throws P0122 and P0123 codes and will not go into reverse. I have measured the volts to an from the throttle position sensor and they are within specs. The codes should not be happening. Allison came out and charged me an arm and a leg and said, "It should be working." Allison sold me a new TCM that according to them is programmed with the correct code (from the other thread here that lists codes). It still wont go into reverse and in drive it goes to limp mode and is stuck in 3rd. I am trying to find someone with this same truck that may be parting it out so I can buy the correct TCM or at least get it cloned. Can anyone assist with this?
