M929A2 air brake issue.

I am helping a friend try to fix an air brake issue on a M929A2. When the brake pedal is depressed air is constantly venting out the vent stack rapidly draining air. I thought it may be a bad brake chamber but I removed the vent lines from all of them and still have the same issue. I am suspecting a bad treadle valve but would like to confirm as they are not cheap.

I attached a picture of the air lines on the treadle valve. When I remove the one circled in blue I no longer hear the air in the intake stack. Its now coming from that port. Does anyone know what that port is? Is it a vent or a supply?

I have been searching through the TM's but can't find anything that shows what all of the ports are for.

Any help is appreciated.
