M998 Hood removal\adjustment

Hi everyone, just bought a 1992 M998.

My hood looks a little misalligned. What is the best way to adjust it? The under bumper\bracket bolts seems to be hard to loose... (any video or documentation around?)

My guess is the pin is missing /fallen out.
Match it up to the other pin at the hardware store

loosen mounting bolts at top and bottom hinges, adjust hood, tighten bolts.
