Mep002a injector fitting.

I am trying to hook up injectors to my injector tester to set pressure.. does anybody have an idea on an adapter. I have m14 and m12 connections.. otherwise.. i will have to procure a line to make a connection fitting.. as usual.. this machine had sat for many years and clogged injectors from fuel system
