For all the color, shade and tint questions we ever had; lurking out there is this thing called a Fed Std 595b Fan Deck. It has all the Federal Standard colors from gloss through matte and their 5 digit codes. 50+ pages counting the index with 10 colors per page. They're kinda pricey at $75.00 but if you want to know exactly what shade of tan 33303 is, this is the source.
