MK23 PTO installation?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows, or if a current owner of one of these trucks could check, is it possible to mount a PTO on the MK23 MTVR Allison transmissions.

I am sure it is possible because the Wrecker and the Dump versions have the PTO. They use the PTO to drive a hydraulic pump. I think I have even seen the PTO kit for sale somewhere.
