Moved to denver. Anything I should do for the elevation change?

Hey all,
I just moved from Chicago to Denver and was wondering if there was anything in particular I should do for the elevation change? I plan on driving some trails a bit higher than denver (about 8k feet) or so.

I've seen reference to a high altitude trans modulator valve. Anything IP related I should do?
