Multifuel 5 ton air filter help

I looked for the info with no luck, have a m543a2 truck took air filter out got a new filter thru a local parts house by part# got back to the shop opened the box and right off the bat recognized it as a humvee air cleaner. And it wouldn't fit but they say that's what the wix filter cross references too anybody know the right filter part#? Thanks

And with a search for the NSN and a look at parttarget, it shows 3 manufacturers for the filter. It's a special filter that is not made by other normal filter makers.
