Here is the P/N for a nice silicone based turbocharger oil drain hose that is used by Cummins.
3065061...this SHOULD be long enough to use for the CC vent also, but I am going off of memory. Sometimes, that aint so good

I am unsure if it will work for the CC vent because I don't remember if I had to trim it down to use as the drain.
