The M52A1 is Mack powered,the 816 has the NHC 250 Cummins.The deuce has a LDT 465-1C multifuel.

Nice trucks! Why you callin' the deuce "oddball"? the only odd thing I see is a 6 on the bridge plate, it's beautiful! You'll hurt it's feelings! I wish I had the nice wide ope spaces some of you guys have

The reasons I call my deuce Oddball are,
The frame is not stamped with a serial # anywhere.
there is no indication of a manufacturer anywhere,AMGeneral,Kaiser/Jeep etc.
It's a dropside winch truck(supposedly rare)
It still retains the Hi or Lo mount headlight plates from the earlier M35s
When I first got it only had 3 upgrades over the earlier M35,composite lights,Mulitfuel engine and west coast mirrors.
The reg. # is wierd,NKOCAN?
Hence the name"Oddball"

Two more,This is my M553 Caterpillar GOER 10 ton wrecker,It is serial # W-1 of 117 ever produced.Delivery date Nov 22 1972.
