Hello,
I have come across what I believe to be an original M38A1 winter canvas set. There are five parts, the roof, two rear side curtains with windows and to door pieces (one with a window and zipper and the other with a piece of canvas covering the would be window. There is what appears to be a date code of 05/57 stamped on them in black ink as well as this number, 2540-7697-415. There is also a "Stock #" stamped on them that I will have to check on. I will get some pictures if that helps. But for now it looks like the one pictured about five posts down on here, although it seems a bit darker in person:
