Need M1088 door latches!

I have been looking high and low, and cannot find door latches for my M1088. One guy has a passenger door one for sale on eBay, but I can't bring myself to pay 160 plus shipping. Is there a civilian market for this part, maybe from caterpillar? I know a lot of these truck parts are common on civilian vehicles. Here are some pics of the missing parts.
