Do I have to have the troop seats in to put the bows in and tarp on? I have the drivers side troop seat and all the bows, but am missing the passenger side troop seat, and the tarp is folded up laying in the garage and is starting to show signs of sitting that way.I really want to put the tarp on . That is all . Thanks.

Take the troop seat out, put all the bows in the stake pockets and put the cover on. The bows will be a little loose in the stake pockets, but will work fine. I've done this on 2 trucks with no problems.

Thank You very much sir for the quick response. On another note how many feet of cord do I need to tie it down? The cord that is present is trash and completely needs replaced.

You will need 18ft of cord for the sides and probably another 10-15 ft for the rest rough estimates tho but more is better then less.

Coffey1; I searched for that on Lowes site but couldn't find it. Might it go by a different name?
I think he's talking about regular old tarp tie-downs.

You can find the rubber rope at most industrial supply places for a reasonable price.
