Ok here's a follow up on my first purchase since the policy change. 4 days turn around the EUC process 8 days total from time of winning to printing out the PAID invoice.

I bought something requiring an EUC. I knew you paid up front now. However, I couldn't figure out if my payment was made! I was so concerned, I chatted with GL and gave them ANOTHER credit card to cover the cost because they were telling me the payment wasn't paid?! Next day, they tell me it was paid on the first card, but won't show it's paid on my end til my EUC clear. WTF?? All I ask of GL is some common courtesy and acknowledge my correspondence. For example, yes we got your EUC Fax or email and are checking it out. Yes, we received payment, but you can't take possession of the goods until the EUC clears. Is that too much to ask?? Sorry for the rant. Very frustrated indeed!
