Oil Pressure?

I know the mite has oil pressure because the indicator light works, but I want to know how much pressure it should have. I just don't trust the (idiot) light I plan on putting a mechanical gague on the engine to see what it reads. I am curious about the condition of the oil pump because I recently bought it and do not know the history of the engine.
