Operators Manual(s)

I found somewhere that TM 11-5820-401-10-1 and TM 11-5820-401-10-2 should be Operators Manual Radio Sets VRC-12 thru VRC-49. Plugged them into Logsa and got two hits only with a -HR on the end. These seem to be "Hand Receipts" manuals, just a few hundred pages of parts and pieces for various configurations. Anyone have any suggestions where to look next for the operators Manuals?
