Overseas Surplus.

Hi everyone in green iron land.

Just a quick question who handles the US surplus overseas such as Japan and Europe?

DRMO has always done this in the past with the exceptions of US Territories such as Guam or Puerto Rico.

In Korea, DRMO does it, but hires locals to make the stuff into scrap. Scrap can be sold off.
