Mine have the same cracks. May want to pull the interior inspection plate and check for rust in the bottom center. Should clean that area up real well and spray paint it with rust proofing paint.

Thanks, I'll do just that, like I said the windows up, but the crank is broken. Goes to show you they are not made for a militarty enviroment. Look at how well the jeeps and duces held up for over 40 years out in the weather.
