Playing with a 50 ton crane....

So today, I went to the Southeastern Railroad Museum in Duluth, Ga to do some work on their exhibits. They have a large collection and not a lot of staff and always have plenty to do. Today they were moving hardware around to gain access for a lift to perform work on a traveling crane in their maintanance building. One of the pieces of equpment was a 50 ton Army Transportation Corps railway crane.

Very nice. There was a similar one at the railroad museum in Roanoke, VA, but it wasn't in nice shape as that one.
