Has anyone added or replaced the pop rivets in the rubber seal around their soft doors. In some areas the seal rotates to the outside causing a poor seal. I have tried to drill into the rod to add pop rivets with no luck. It acts like the rod is hardened steel. I also have tried to replace missing rivets and they don't seem to hold.
Any thoughts?
