Okay, working on the HMMWV now. Got one tire that is shot (radial). Rim is apart, no problem there, but how in the heck do you get those flipping one piece rubber run flats out???<img src="emoticons/icon_smile_angry.gif" alt="Angry"><img src="emoticons/icon_smile_angry.gif" alt="Angry"><img src="emoticons/icon_smile_angry.gif" alt="Angry">The tire is shot so I may just cut the sucker in half, but how do I get the runflat back in the new tire??? and yes, I gotta have the run flat<img src="emoticons/icon_smile_8ball.gif" alt="Eight Ball">

Thanks, I had found those pages already and was trying that but just could not get it to work<img src="emoticons/icon_smile_angry.gif" alt="Angry"><img src="emoticons/icon_smile_disapprove.gif" alt="Disapprove"> So I went back out today and messed with it again. Came right on out<img src="emoticons/icon_smile_cool.gif" alt="Cool"> SO get it all together, fill up the other tire and it leaks<img src="emoticons/icon_smile_disapprove.gif" alt="Disapprove"> So, rip it all apart and throw another tire on. No problems anymore<img src="emoticons/icon_smile_cool.gif" alt="Cool"> It was way easier than it looked.

the 2 piece run flats are so much easier to get out. the rubber ones can be a pita, we usually use a ratchet strap and a couple of guys with a pry bar.

Totally agree, the 2 piece mag run flats are easier to get out. However getting them to balance can be a nightmare, the rubber ones seem to balance much better.
