S.O.S. need info on the STE ICE machine adapter for CUCV series trucks

I been beating my head against the wall looking for the adapter from the 52 or 54 pin diagnostic plug in a CUCV series trucks to the STE ICE diagnostic machine.............
Any one have any ideas were I could find this allusive item......I think I'd have an easier time looking for the holy grail or common scene in government
