filling out my sf97 request want to make sure its correct.model and body style,what do they want.its for a 1008 so i would assume,K30,pickup is this correct.

When I filled out the SF97 requests, I put whatever was on the invoice (CD# or M#) and K30 or K5 whichever is applicable.
