I came up with a simple and CHEAP moveable M37 engine cradle while I continue work on my 1951. The rollers are a $11 Harbor Freight movers dolly rated at 1000 lbs. The frame is 2x4's and some short 4x4's I had laying around. It is very stable and moves very easy around the garage. I will provide measurements of this thing if anyone wants to build one. Nail gun was used for assembly. Something like this may work for the smaller motors we work on. Of note this motor was placed back in the chassis after complete rebuild and started after just a few compression strokes and ran perfect. Really motivates you to finish the truck!!
