From 06:30hrs to 07:10hrs, the NSA was running a "Total Block" scenario on anything remotely related to military type operations.

I know this to be true because BB told me.

Data center outages. There was another issue today around 5pm EDT. I'm working with the hosting company right now, likely to have a planned downtime tonight/tomorrow to migrate the VM to a new data center.
